Everyone at Leigh View Medical Practice endeavours to provide the best service and care possible. Unfortunately, we understand that there may be times when you feel this has not happened.

How patients can make a complaint October 2020

Please note that we do not accept emailed complaints at all due to patient confidentiality, and all formal complaints must be received in writing with the patient’s signature.
