Blood Test – HbA1c
The GP has recently reviewed your medical record and asked that you be contacted and asked to come in for a repeat blood test.
The blood test will be to review your HbA1c which we understand has not been done for more than 3 months.
Please therefore book an appointment during the month of March with any of our Health Care Assistants
or with the Saturday Health Care Assistant at the Morley hub.
