COMPLAINTS

If you are unhappy or wish to make a comment on the service provided for you by the practice, you can speak to the practice office manager or write a letter. In the first instance the practice will acknowledge your complaint by return of post. A full investigation will be carried out and a written reply will follow.

A meeting may be offered to discuss the complaint.

The patient's representative can make a complaint with the written consent of the patient.

RIGHT OF APPEAL
